Redevelopment, Nethy Bridge

We are very excited to be breaking ground at this redevelopment of a farm, steading into a family home near Nethy Bridge.

The new building will feature a glazed gable and full-height living space with views of the Cairngorm Mountains. It will have high sustainability credentials, with a “fabric first” highly efficient building envelope, low carbon air-source heat pump underfloor heating, and mechanical ventilation and heat recovery throughout.

The walls will be constructed using stone from the original steading and will feature a natural slate roof with a series of roof lights allowing natural light to flood into the spaces below for a crisp, clean, modern aesthetic
