Housing Development, Castle Avenue, Invergordon

We are delighted to have broken ground with our housing development for The Highland Council at Cromlet, Invergordon. A brownfield site which was historically used during the wars as a fuel storage depot for the Royal Navy.

The project team had to contend with Covid working restrictions throughout the design stages of this scheme. Adapting to online ‘TEAMs’ working, carrying out various ‘virtual’ community and Council team consultation events. Compass Construction & Building Services have been appointed as the main contractor, with works scheduled to complete in Spring 2024.
