This speculative office unit was developed for Tulloch Prime Contracting Ltd. on behalf of Highland and Islands Enterprise Moray. The site is situated on the edge of a conservation area. As such, the design concept consisted of two elements; modern steel, glass, and timber-lined curved frontage block in front of a white rendered traditional form 2-storey element. Sustainable design was a key element of the brief, with natural stack ventilation, solar water heating, timber frame structure, and areas of untreated larch linings.
