Estate House near Inverness

We were delighted to obtain detailed planning and listed building approval recently for a proposal to extend the footprint of an existing listed estate house near Inverness.

A very interesting project where the new extension is designed to sit on the footprint of one which was demolished in the early 1960s. We have attempted to interpret the form and composition from existing plans, as no images remain of the old arrangement. Some very interesting stone detailing awaits us as the project develops!
